Sinus ugh
Ouch... so, recent migraines... no explanation on why yet... I'm guessing maybe sinus related... My left ear just will not stop throbbing.......I feel like age is catching up with me so fast....

Colds and headaches are two of the most common diseases that we experience today. We don't like the feeling of having them, especially during winter season. My cousins have sinus problems ever since they were kids. They regularly use vaporizers to prevent colds from coming back.
